Olena McMurtrey painted two new oceanscapes in resin for our 16th Anniversary Pop-Up to bring the movement of waves into your home. Olena is inspired by the breaks and patterns in the water as it moves along its path. So many shades of blue reflecting, foam and bubbles dynamically forming. Painting in epoxy on this scale gives her a sense of discovery and wonder about the unexpected waves crashing onto the sand.

So many of my most memorable moments include gazing at a beautiful sunset, exploring cloud formations, or watching the horizon on the ocean. My quest is to find art that brings the outdoors into my art collector's abode.

Hello fabulous friends, family, and collectors, I am planning an August SF Pop-Up and need your support with a fundraiser that will go towards the production of this event. By donating between $100 and $1000, you will help contribute to the venue rental, as well as us hiring a trusted team to build the virtual gallery, hang an abundance of art, and staff the event.

Secession's virtual gallery just got more sparkly, as we added five of Phillip Hua's pieces to the site for summer art collecting. Phillip's unique style of photomontage juxtaposes nature against stock indexes from financial newspapers. As the late-day sun hits, these gold beauties begin to glow.
