Secession Art & Design Blog

Secession Art & Design opened our Bernal Heights location in August of 2007, and has since grown to represent over 50 independent artists and designers. Our retail location is a gallery, boutique, and workspace combined, creating an untraditional storefront that allows customers to experience curated shows by owner, Eden Stein, and see the process of art being made in-house by Heather Robinson.

Join us for an Artist Happy Hour

Saturday, July 20, 6-8pm

Secession Art & Design is hosting a happy hour on Saturday, July 20, 6pm-8pm. This is a rare opportunity to meet our featured artists, Andreina Davila, Brian Singer, and Dilcia Giron, and ask them about their art. Andreina and Dilcia will be live-painting beautiful abstracts. Brian will share with you what it is like to make a gradient with 100,000 book pages. Thank you for taking the time to support local artists and experience our show, Gradient.

XO, Eden

PS: You can purchase art online using our in-store pick-up option, or we will happily ship to you.
